Executive Chef on board a luxury river ship in Europe? Uniworld is Your choice!

Location: Europe (on board of a luxury river cruise ship)
As Executive Chef you will be in charge of the entire kitchen operation to ensure the quality of the fine dining experience during buffet and a la carte service. You will be the head of this department and supervising a team of up to 10 professional crew members.
You will
- Be responsible for the entire food production on board according to exceptionally high standards that have resulted in many industry awards
- Be responsible for food ordering, stocktaking and cost controlling
- Be an example for subordinates to follow and motivating a professional team of experienced crew members
- Be responsible for the immaculate cleanliness and safety precautions with the food production and storage
- Be a personal contact for our guests
- Act as a team player and support your colleagues, where help is required
- Visit the most spectacular destinations in Europe
Receptionist on board a river cruise ship in Europe – season
You will
- Be co-responsible for the entire Front Office
- Follow up on any guest need, wish or minor complaint handed to the Front Desk and report all complaints or special requests to the Purser
- Assist in general administrative tasks such as printing, mail processing and manning list updating
- Be a personal contact for our guests
- Act as a team player and support your colleagues on board, where help is required
- Visit the most spectacular destinations in Europe
